1. Overview
Fervid AI, Inc. ("Fervid", "we", "us", or "our") operates fervidai.com and provides a feedback intelligence platform for product teams. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Data We Collect
Account data
Name, email address, and password hash when you create an account.
Feedback data you import
When you connect integrations (Intercom, Zendesk, Slack, HubSpot, etc.), we retrieve customer feedback, support conversations, and related metadata from those services on your behalf. This data is stored in your Fervid workspace and used solely to provide the service to you.
Integration credentials
OAuth tokens and API keys for connected integrations are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM before storage and are never transmitted to third parties.
Usage data
Pages visited, features used, and general usage patterns to improve the product. We use Vercel Analytics for anonymised page-level analytics.
Billing data
Payment transactions are handled by Stripe. We store only a Stripe customer ID and subscription status — no card numbers are held on our servers.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide, operate, and improve the Fervid platform
- To process and analyse imported feedback on your behalf
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, digest summaries, alerts)
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To respond to support requests
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your data. We do not use your customer feedback data to train AI models for any purpose other than serving your own account.

5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data and feedback data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. billing records for 7 years).
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to processing
- Data portability (receive your data in machine-readable format)
- Withdraw consent at any time

7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures: HTTPS everywhere, AES-256-GCM encryption for credentials at rest, row-level security on all database tables, and access controls limiting who can access production data. No security measure is perfect — if you discover a vulnerability, please disclose it responsibly to contact@fervidai.com.
8. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for authentication (session tokens). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
9. International Transfers
Fervid is based in the United States. If you are accessing from the EU/EEA, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with our sub-processors for such transfers.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Fervid after changes constitutes acceptance.
